Mining is good for the economy. But a strong economy is nothing without strong communities.

NSW Miners strive to improve the quality of life of our local communities. We want to make lasting contributions that build the long-term capacity of mining regions so they don’t just rely on one strong industry to thrive.

We’re involved with a whole range of groups that support the health, education and wellbeing of people across regional NSW. We partner with education organisations like Life Education to teach youth about the dangers of alcohol and drugs, we encourage dads to read with their kids and we support young people by helping them get fit for work.

We live, work and play in the communities where we operate. They’re our friends, family, local businesses, our clubs, hospitals and our schools. We support and encourage our local communities, we’re proud to share in the heritage and to plan for our future together. It’s part of the spirit that makes us world-class.
