Illawarra Coal employees and contractors generously donated hundreds of toys, books and other gifts as part of the company’s annual Christmas Giving Tree Appeal. 

Gifts were delivered to children and teenagers who participate in The Smith Family’s Learning for Life program, which assists kids with literacy training, mentoring, life skills and financial scholarships. 

Over the last six years, several hundred gifts have been donated to local children and their families, and is just one of the ways that world class miners support charitable organisations to help others in need.
